About Milestone CX

Milestone Commissioning is a small, focused building commissioning firm based in White Haven, Pennsylvania. We provide commissioning services for new construction, renovation, and existing building projects — with direct, hands-on involvement from our team on every engagement we take on.

We are not a large national firm with layers of staff between the client and the work. When you work with Milestone, you work directly with experienced commissioning professionals who are present in the field, engaged with the project team, and accountable to the outcome.

Our process aligns with ANSI/NEBB S110 – Whole Building Technical Commissioning standards, providing a structured, disciplined framework for planning, executing, and documenting commissioning activities across all project phases. That structure, combined with a direct and responsive approach to project coordination, is how we deliver consistent, high-quality results across projects of all sizes and types.
